BOTOX® and JUVEDERM®:
Botox® can be used for much more than smooth facial wrinkles and tightening collagen. Clinical uses include the treatment of TMJ, bruxism, and chronic facial pain. It may also be used complimentary to aesthetic dentistry for patients having difficulty adjusting to new dentures, lip augmentations, or those who need facial muscle retaining. Treatments are approximately 20 minutes and results are noticeable in 7-10 days. Each treatment last an average of 4 months.
Juvederm® can be used virtually anywhere on the face. It is most successful in the lip, nasolabial folds (lines from the nose to the corners of the mouth), and the marionette lines (lines from the corners of the mouth downward to the jawline). Juvederm® is a smooth dermal filler gel that helps to instantly restore your skins’ volume and smooth away facial wrinkles and folds. With Juvederm®, the results are immediate with minimal downtime. Dr. Robinson can ensure patient comfort by completely numbing the area. Most patients need one treatment to achieve optimal wrinkle smoothing and the results last up to 6 months or more.
